It’s definitely the right time for some Quickness. Aside from Don’t Blow Bubbles (which is still totally fucked up) this is such a cool record. I mean, who can deny THE MESSENGERS?
hey we have spent this week recording the 3rd album i’m about to leave the house to do some more stuff on it, it sounds really good so far we’ve had some friends from other bands come in and play on it Roxanne from Veronica Falls is singing on it as well as Merida from La La Vasquez and we got some organ parts played by Meilyr from Race Horses (he celebrated by eating desert with no dinner at wetherspoons).
it won’t be finished for a while though this week we have finished all the band instruments and vocals but we are now going to get together all the musicians we need for all the string and horn parts and hopefully some country instruments too!
we are really excited about it and can’t wait to get it finished
will keep everyone posted in similar bad photo taking outings on here

we have been pretty quiet recently, I just wanted to let you know whats going on. We have been busy with the 3rd album its all written and now we are figuring out where to record it. for this record we have a new member Max Oscar Arnold, who is also in The Proper Ornaments, one of our favourite bands. we have been rehersing for the Superchunk show we are playing on the 1st of December and have decided to do a short notice show at the Mind Flowers clubnight at Catch this Thursday.
We will be playing songs from our 3rd record that have never been heard before as well as an old LW song that hasn’t been played since the days of the first album. so the show should be interesting.
